Dipo Induction Cookers & Warmers

Dipo Induction Cookers & Warmers

Dipo designs and manufactures its induction units in Korea, and the range is built around one idea: precise, efficient heat that runs reliably through long commercial shifts.

The benchtop models cover cooking. The DC23 is a countertop induction cooker for general use, and the DCP23 adds a temperature probe that holds anywhere from 40 to 99 degrees in one degree steps. That level of control is what chocolate tempering, sous vide and delicate sauces need, and it is difficult to achieve on gas.

The drop-in units are designed for buffets and servery lines. The DCR23 drops into a counter to cook or hold food at serving temperature, and the DWR04 is a drop-in induction warmer for keeping dishes at temperature without an open flame or a water bath. Over a long buffet service, the energy saving compared with traditional warmers adds up quickly.

The DWU05 is the unit that surprises most people. It mounts underneath a stone benchtop and transmits the induction field straight through the surface, so an induction-ready vessel placed on the bench stays warm with no visible hardware and no throw rings. It suits hotel breakfast bars and designer serveries where the bench is part of the look.
